To be in HR Tech is to be in service of people. The beauty is that all problems belong to people. It helps remove the abstraction and locate the source of what needs to be solved. Claudia likes to start all projects putting herself in the customer’s shoes and exercising empathy to get a feel of the pain points. In her current role, she designs end-to-end solutions in the form of products and services for the Sendle team, team leads and executive team. She strongly believes that effective skills are the key to unlocking technical hard skills, especially in leadership platforms. She designs with that in the mind to make all processes human-centric, intuitive and kind.
