Luke Fryer, entrepreneur behind the Australian extension of the Wagamama restaurant chain has launched into the US market.
Along with business partner Spencer Rothschild, Fryer opened not one but two new ventures in New York.
The Yushi restaurants are located in downtown and midtown Manhattan, serving fresh Japanese food. Fryer says future plans include opening in other US cities such as California and Chicago as well as venturing into other markets such as Germany, Brazil and Spain.
