Freelancer.com has invited its 3 million users worldwide to record viral videos and expose the company logo, to go in the running to win a share in cash prizes totalling US$25,000.
The latest instalment of the company’s US$25 000 Expose Our Logo contest invites its users from 234 countries to promote its logo to as many people as possible and upload footage of it to the public Freelancer.com contest site.
Freelancer CEO, Matt Barrie says: “Our Expose Our Logo contest is a great opportunity for our users, no matter where they live, to show how ingenious and creative they can be.”
The 2010 winner organised a crowd of people with Freelancer.com t-shirts and banner to parade through the streets of Bangladesh before throwing a party, whilst the 2009 winner featured a music video from students at the University of Florida.
The latest contest features cash prizes to a total of US$25 000 with a US$10 000 major prize, a People’s Choice award and other prizes including Best Music Video and Most People Involved.
