Muffin Break has teamed up with Channel Nine’s Today Show to give aspiring filmmakers the opportunity to produce their own Muffin Break TV advertisement and win over $35,000 in cash and prizes.
The “Big Break” competition asks entrants to create a 30-second television commercial which best portrays what Muffin Break means to them in any style including animated or live action while reflecting the unique qualities of the creator.
The TVC should incorporate the Muffin Break logo in some way and focus on its key brand values – “Freshness, Wholesomeness, Reliability, Quality and Safety” as well “a great customer experience where you can relax with a premium coffee and delicious food by yourself or with family and friends.”
The winner will receive $25,000 in cash, a home entertainment package worth $10,000 and the chance for their ad to appear on national television.
According to the franchise, the competition is an ideal opportunity for students or budding directors and producers with a desire to make it in a difficult market.
Entries are now open and the competition closes on 17 November, with judging to be conducted by Muffin Break from 18 November.
