John’s team is dedicated to showing customers how the Service Cloud can transform their customer experience through every channel, how they can retain and attract new customers and how they can become a true “Customer Company”. John’s previous experience includes senior leadership roles across EMEA and APAC at Onyx CRM, Avaya, Cisco and Rockwell and has over 15 years experience in the contact centre and CRM industry. Outside of work, John’s passion is renovating and modernising classic American muscle cars.
