Retaining staff with flexible work practises

Flexibility is becoming the norm when it comes to retaining staff, but how about offering free time?

Rather than giving away leave that might go towards running errands, encourage creativity in your staff by allowing them to use company resources to develop their ideas.

Some of these ideas may feed back into the business, but even if they don’t, staff appreciate the stimulation and the ability to work on their concepts in a supportive environment, leading to higher retention rates and stronger loyalty, making your business an employer of choice.
