It isn’t rocket science, but a little effort can go a long way.

Here are some tips to increase your email savvy:

  • Don’t try and send a single message out to everyone. Think about the content and personalise it for the recipient. The more personalised the message the better the message success.
  • Try and avoid heavy HTML based content. Filters search this and will block it.
  • Avoid sending messages over night, as it will get buried in a heap of emails sent after it. Early morning is a good time.
