SMEs PowerBuy their way into saving

PowerBuy Technologies has announced a new service to help small businesses cut their IT costs and save money.

The first of its kind service, allows small businesses to search for cash-back offers on popular IT products and services, buy from a supplier at the best possible price and then submit their tax invoice receipt to PowerBuy to receive a cash-back.

The cash-back program is only available to small businesses, with less than 50 employees. PowerBuy founder, Joel Montgomery believes that it is a simple and cost effective process.

“The process is really simple. They (small businesses) purchase the product from a retailer, either online or offline, give me the receipt and I get them their money back.”

Leading IT manufacturers Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Linksys, NETGEAR, Ricoh, Lexmark, salesforce.com and Comupter Troubleshooters have already signed on to be a part of the deal, by providing small businesses with cash-back deals and coupons of up to 25 percent of the purchase price.

“Hundreds of thousands of Australian small businesses rely heavily on IT and many spend in excess of $900 per employee per year. PowerBuy can save the average 10-employee small business more than $1,000 every year on a wide range of popular small business products,” Montgomery said.
