Alchemy Innovation Development, in association with the NSW Department of State and Regional Development (DSRD), is calling on NSW-based SMEs to participate in the Stepping Up – Preparation for an Equity Capital Raising program.
The program is targeted towards NSW SMEs who require assistance to develop the required resources in order to grow their business and pursue an equity capital raising.
Participants will receive 20 hours of mentoring and workshops which will prepare them with the knowledge required to execute an equity capital-raising through the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board. Selected companies will also be given the opportunity to receive $990 worth of funding support from the DSRD, matched by the company, towards the cost of the program.
Eligible companies must have a turnover of more than $200,000, operating for more than two years, with more than 1 employee.
