The recession has never been a better time to innovate; something Management Consultancy International have taken on board, beating a strong line up of large training businesses to win the highly coveted Australian Institute of Training & Development, Excellence in Australian Leaning Innovation Award.
As a small company, Managing Director Denise Meyerson felt they were fighting a “David and Goliath” battle to win the award, but were “thrilled” when they were recognised for their achievements in the field of innovation.
“We are absolutely delighted that our work in adapting an international methodology to create innovative training solutions for the Australian market was recognised in this way.
“It also sends a message to organisations everywhere who are seeking innovative training programs that they don’t have to choose the biggest player in the market to get the results they need.”
Management Consultancy International were awarded for their work in adapting an international methodology entitled LEGO® Serious PlayTM to create innovative training solutions for the Australian market.
Meyerson said that now is the time for every organisation to ensure that “their people have access to world’s best practise in training programs.”
She said companies cannot afford to use the same old training programs, and they require “new thinking and innovation,” something they are dedicated to.
“We look forward to continuing our mission of developing customised learning programs that helped transform processes, behaviours and attitudes within organisations.”
