In his address at the NSW Chamber of Commerce luncheon in Sydney yesterday, Rudd spoke of the financial crisis and the need for all Australians to work together to get through the downturn. Small business owners were left unimpressed by his address, according to Sydney Morning Herald reports, with one business owner claiming the speech was “all spin and no substance.”
