Growing your brand through word of mouth

Once established, plenty of businesses choose to grow their brand through word-of-mouth-via a company spokesperson, that is. If you or any of your senior staff are confident speakers or competent wordsmiths, you can position a personality within your business as an expert in your business’ sector or to represent business in general.

Without spruiking your product or service, if you can provide free, valuable advice to your target market via offering yourself as an interviewee or writing for a respected business or industry publication, you can consolidate your business as a credible source of information and build or maintain a good reputation.
