Australia’s premier computer training and seminar facility provider, Cliftons is hosting a complimentary panel discussion with change management specialists.
“These master classes will provide the opportunity for participants to learn from the best and network with like minded professionals,” Cliftons Founder Andrew Cameron said.
The focus of the masterclass will be to offer participants expert insights and strategies on how to manage the process of change, avoiding time and money wastage.
The first sessions will be held in Melbourne on 13 October and in Sydney on 20 October, and will explore subjects such as the neuroscience of change, adopting new technology and implementing sustainable change.
The panel of specialists is not shy of talent, featuring Kylie Malmberg and Helen Campbell from the Change Management Institute, Celia Prosser from Emotional Intelligence Worldwide and Wayne Robertson, head of learning and Development at Wesfarmers Insurance.
The two hour sessiosn, commencing at 6pm, will discuss case studies exploring strategies of managing the change journey, including physiological aspects and embedding change behaviour in organisations.
