Could your small business benefit from a $50,000 USD incentive travel package to Taiwan for an inspiring team-bonding adventure? If your answer is yes, then you’ll want to read on.
For the first time Australian businesses have the opportunity to win an incentive travel package to Taiwan valued at over $50,000 USD, plus a $5,000 charitable donation to a not-for-profit of their choice by simply participating in MEET TAIWAN’s (the promoter of Taiwan’s MICE travel offering) Asia Super Team: Team Up For Good competition.
The competition gives small businesses access to an incentive travel budget that might normally be out of reach. Team bonding through incentive travel is a great way to build an effective, hard working team – an essential part of any successful small business.
Team-bonding activities are important for businesses looking to form a close-knit, productive A-team as they stimulate communication amongst team members and help to develop important skills, such as leadership. Incentive travel can have several benefits for both employers and employees including, allowing team members to better combine their skills to achieve more; encouraging creativity; sustaining corporate culture during periods of fast growth and motivating teams to achieve more.
One of the key elements in a successful incentive travel trip is selecting the right location to ensure a positive and enriching experience. With a 20 per cent increase in Australians travelling to Taiwan between 2013 and 2014, the destination is becoming an increasingly popular premium incentive travel destination. Taiwan offers a hybrid of traditional practices and modern convenience, with abundant culture and natural resources, which make it one of the best destinations for team bonding activities in Asia.
The Asia Super Team: Team Up For Good competition provides an opportunity for Australian businesses to find out more about how their teams could benefit from an incentive travel experience in Taiwan. Asia Super Team: Team Up for Good is the second iteration of MEET TAIWAN’s annual multinational business competition which this year runs in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. The campaign consists of multiple phases, including an online proposal submission, public voting to determine the finalist from each country and an all-expenses-paid finalists’ tour of Taiwan to experience the beauty of the country’s incentive offering.
The 2015 Asia Super Team combines team-building activities with corporate responsibility and philanthropic causes to promote a more meaningful incentive travel experience, expanding participants’ understanding of incentive travel in Taiwan, as well as encouraging more enterprises to consider Taiwan as an ideal destination for MICE activities.
