Flexible working and employee engagement adds up

Sustaining a happy and satisfied workforce through effective engagement should be at the top of any organisation’s priority list.

Without the correct work environment, what else might you lose apart from employee morale? Research also shows that boosting morale can also boost the bottom line. Dynamic Business has recently reported how investing in your staff should be viewed as an investment in your business and that a quality employee wellbeing program can yield an ROI of $10,000 per employee.

A recent Canon survey of over 500 Australian SMB decision makers also showed that when questioned on workplace mobility, over a quarter of decision-makers estimate they could be losing between $5,000 and $20,000 per year due to poor management of information when employees are out of the office.
