Calling all web designers

Web designers are being encouraged to take part in the 2011 Web Design survey and prize draw, which aims to discover just what the web designer of today and tomorrow looks like.

Run by the AIMIA (Australian digital industry body), in conjunction with Silver Patron and Adobe, web designers are being invited to enter the survey to go in the running to win a full version of Photoshop CS5, valued at $1,168.

“The role of the web designer is changing with the rapid take-up of tablets and smart phones. There are a range of platforms available and we’re keen to find out how this is affecting the web designer role. For instance, is the demand for video content increasing? And what trends can we predict in the next six months?” AIMIA CEO John Butterworth said.

The prize will be drawn on Thursday 29 September, and the winner will be featured in the October issue of the AIMIA National Newsletter,

Participants can now access the 2011 Web Design Survey.
