Nudie Juice has topped some big names at a recent international beverage awards ceremony in Madrid.
The Australian company took out second place behind Schweppes Spain in the Best New Marketing Initiative category at the 2007 Beverage Innovation Awards. Coca Cola took out third, with Carlsberg receiving an honorary mention in the category.
The award came in response to nudie’s ‘Search for the biggest nudie addict’ campaign launched in October last year, which encouraged consumers to send text messages in response to messages displayed inside the nudie label, visible once the drinks were consumed. (Among other prizes, the biggest nudie addict won a dedicated nudie character, appearing on labels for one year.)
