Xperia X10 Mini comes with 12 Gigs data free with Vodafone

Vodafone Hutchinson Australia, in launching the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro Android handset will give customers 1GB free per month for a year.

Sony Xperia X10 Mini ProThe Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini is a decent feature filled mid-priced Android handset, particularly useful for micro-businesses on a budget who rely on Google Apps for their business and need to sync their mobile data to Gmail and Google calender.

Vodafone is offering 1GB of mobile internet data per month free to new and existing Vodafone customers who sign up to a post-paid cap contract for 24 months with an eligible Android device (inlcuding the Sony Xperia X10).

“Vodafone is excited to launch the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro in Australia, adding another innovative high quality device to the current range of handsets for the Android platform, giving consumers even more choice when it comes to Android and what this platform can deliver” said Ross Parker, GM of Devices and Pricing at Vodafone Hutchison Australia.

Vodafone is extending the companies existing Android mobile portfolio with the launch of the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro, adding to a list of devices which includes the Mini’s bigger brother the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 , HTC Legend, Google Nexus One and the upcoming LG Optimus.

“Accessing mobile internet is part of everyday life with mobile phones, and Vodafone’s ‘Gift of the Gig’ offers amazing value for our customers so they can explore the net and familiarise themselves with the exciting world that the Android platform has to offer” said Mr. Parker.
