Bizz Buzz, a start-up group buying site delivering group buying deals to SMBs, has announced it’s saved local businesses over $200,000 in discounts since its inception and is fostering greater customer loyalty than B2C group buying sites are capable of.
Bizz Buzz Founder Marcus Layton said its demonstrated to merchants and customers that when executed correctly, business-to-business group buying deals forge greater customer loyalty than consumer deals sites.
“Unlike some of the mass consumer facing daily deals sites that have received attention for attracting disloyal, opportunistic shoppers, business focused deals create far longer lasting relationships.”
Although a relatively new entity, through its networks Bizz Buzz has provided exposure to over 30,000 small business owners across Australia and only require payment when they deliver a customer.
“We’ve found small business owners and entrepreneurs far more loyal to the services they try out through a Bizz Buzz deal. They might have 20 same-same takeaway places within walking distance of their home, but when they find a business product or service they find useful, they keep using it.”
CouriersPlease National Head of Sales & Marketing Mark McGinley worked with Bizz Buzz and said his company attracted new customers at a cost significantly lower than what could have been achieved through any traditional advertising channels.
“Our data shows us that customers trying the CouriersPlease service typically become loyal to us. Whether we are to comment on their promise of an influx of targeted new customers, or their end-to-end campaign management, Bizz Buzz were able to deliver in droves. We’ll definitely be interested in working with Bizz Buzz again in future.”
