Telstra Corporation Ltd has released a series of new broadband plans, offering customers a range of bundled packages.
The nation’s biggest telco said the new broadband plans would offer customers faster speeds and higher data allowances for the same price, while excess usage fees had been removed on most plans. A range of bundled packages will also be offered to deliver broadband, home phone and Foxtel on a single bill.
Telstra chief executive David Thodey had flagged the changes at a company investor day in October.
“Today I’m announcing a whole new range of broadband products which I believe will create great value for our customers,” he said in Sydney on Thursday.
The changes are expected to come in from December 1.
