RIM debuts bold new Blackberry
Research In Motion (RIM) today debuted the BlackBerry® Bold£ 9700 smartphone in Australia and New Zealand.
The new smartphone offers state-of the-art functionality, in a new sleek and stylish design that will appeal to users for both business and personal needs, says RIM managing director for Australia and New Zealand, Adele Beachley.
“The original BlackBerry Bold was a great achievement and a significant success for RIM in the Australian and New Zealand market. We are now pleased to be bringing the new BlackBerry Bold 9700 to Australia and New Zealand and we believe that customers will be even more impressed with its new and exciting features, exceptional performance and light and optimised design,” she said.
Extra features include a next generation next-generation (624 MHz) processor, 256 MB Flash memory, built-in GPS and Wi-Fi®, a 3.2MP camera and a sharper display.
