These workshops are designed for anyone involved with supply chain management, especially those looking to increase their organisation’s supply chain efficiency.
The workshops centre on the reference model created by the council, which can be applied to all sizes of supply chains, and help an organisation satisfy customer demand. The framework workshop will feature an introduction to the concepts of supply-chain design and management, while the implementation workshop looks at a detailed implementation program for the reference model.
