New module with Payment signup needs to be added. Subscribe page menu needs to be pointed to this payment and subscribe screen

Page design as per latest Photoshop layers, in particular

1. Red Title "Personal Details"  Done
2. Medium Grey Text directly below the Title Bar "Subscribe to Dynamic Business Magazine to get the best articles on Australian Business" (these are my words, colin may want to change them later) Done
3. Light grey background in table Done
4. Dropshadow with medium grey border around table Done
5. Medium Gray background on FieldName Backgrounds Done
6. Black for Field Name Text Done
7. White for Input field background Pending
8. Big Red "Subscribe" Button down the bottom Done
9. Current Issue Gif approx 50px w * 75h (make sure this isnt squeezing it) in top right hand corner Pending
10. Light grey text next to Register button "I agree to the terms & conditions of use" create a new Static content page called "Terms & Conditions of Use" and create a link from text to static page Pending
11. Red * next to fields that are compulsory as per Photoshop Pending
12. Create Payment Section – Need versign logo Pending
