Australia’s online businesses now have access to increased e-commerce functionality, with Attaché Software announcing its recent partnership with Web Ninja.
Attaché Software, a provider of intelligent business systems for SMBs, has partnered with Queensland-based cloud computing solution to offer businesses integrated e-commerce functionality for their online store presence.
The joint solution means that Web Ninja can ensure that the prices rules set in Attaché are displayed in sites hosted on its own secure server. In turn, this ensures the accuracy of data while protecting the integrity of database information.
The joint solution allows companies to benefit from improved workflows and increased sales opportunities, according to the Managing Director, Web Ninja Bruce Carr.
“Our joint offering is fully automated resulting in greater consistency and accuracy in product and pricing information from point of order to ultimate fulfilment and customer invoice. Pricing changes made in Attaché can be automatically reflected online, and sales made over the Internet will be created as orders within Attaché,” said Mr Carr.
When orders are placed online they are imported into the accounting system as a sales order for users to simply fulfil the order and dispatch the goods. Additionally, while new customers can view a company’s product range and place orders at their own moment of need, existing customers have the option of placing return orders at their own, special negotiated price, at their convenience.
The benefit of this venture is greater customer service, says the Managing Director of Attaché Software Mike Rich.
“Users don’t need to rekey product or pricing information and the potential for human error involved in duplicating data entry of products, pricing and orders is removed. We look forward to working with Web Ninja to expand Australia’s SME e-commerce capability,” said Mr Rich.
