2ergo has unveiled its VoucherNet mobile ticketing and coupon platform, a new solution designed to enhance brand value and customer retention.
An end-to-end mobile ticketing, coupon and customer loyalty solution, VoucherNet is the platform behind Britain’s Orange Wednesdays cinema campaign, one of the world’s longest running and most successful mobile marketing campaigns.
“2ergo’s technology enables users to distribute digital coupons and tickets seamlessly and efficiently to virtually any mobile phone. Our offering allows our clients to redeem, manage, track and report on promotional campaigns and specific events through retail outlet EPOS systems, portable hand held scanners or behind-the-till redemption units,” 2ergo Australia General Manager Roger Woodend said.
According to Woodend, VoucherNet provides a multi-purpose, complete solution and allows different campaign mechanics and objectives to be achieved through one campaign management system.
“It also provides extensive real time online reporting enabling our clients to monitor where, when and how coupons are being redeemed, or tickets are being used, as well as by who.”
VoucherNet is driven by an online interface which allows users to build and manage their coupon and ticketing campaigns themselves while tracking in real time the redemption status and overall success rates of their campaigns.
