For the fourth consecutive year, NetApp has ranked on the BRW ‘50 Best Places to Work’ list, taking out the third spot this year.
NetApp’s continued success in the list is attributed to its positive work environment, which encourages trust, integrity, equality, autonomy, open communication, collaboration and opportunities for every employee.
NetApp said it adopts a “down-to-earth approach to accomplishing business objectives and believes in the strength of a shared vision where employee input is encouraged and valued.”
“Our team of people is the key to what makes NetApp such a great place to work. Their passion and dedication is fundamental to NetApp’s success, both in Australia and around the world,” NetApp Vice President for ANZ Peter O’Connor said.
“We are very proud of being a great place to work and I thank the NetApp Australia team for its continued dedication to going beyond and providing an outstanding experience for our customers,” he added.
Companies are selected for the BRW list primarily on the basis of their employees’ responses to the Great Place to Work Trust Index, a proprietary employee survey developed by the Great Place to Work Institute, as well as the Great Place to Work Culture Audit.
