The power of unreasonable people explored

Global social enterprise expert Dr Pamela Hartigan will share insights into the way unconventional entrepreneurs are tackling the world’s most pressing problems, in a free public lecture at RMIT University on 10 August.

Organised by RMIT SEEDS, a program supporting student social and environmental enterprise developments, the lecture will examine how social enterprises can create communities, cities and countries as hubs for change.

Dr Hartigan is a world leader on social enterprise and has extensive knowledge of how highly unconventional entrepreneurs are solving some of the biggest economic, social, and environmental issues facing our world today.

Drawing on her bestselling book The Power of Unreasonable People: How Entrepreneurs Create Markets that Change the World, Dr Hartigan will provide a first-hand insight into the mindsets and strategies of this new breed of entrepreneur.
