Cupcake artist and Sydney business woman, Sharon Wee is set to put her culinary skills to good use by baking and donating cupcakes for the RSPCA’s media campaign.
Sharon owns and runs Sharon Wee Creations in the heart of Sydney, crafting cakes, cupcakes and cookies for all occasions. Each creation is made to order, with Sharon spending time with each customer to ensure she has a complete understanding of the event, recipient’s hobbies and the event theme and colour scheme.
“There is a lot of time and work involved in creating my cakes, but when I see my customer’s faces once the cake is assembled I know the effort was worth it.”
She will donate her services to charity by baking cupcakes for the RSPCA’s Cupcake Day on 17 August. Anyone is invited to register and become a cook for a day, to help raise money for the charity. On the day RSPCA Cupcake Cooks across Australia will descend on their schools, workplaces and social groups with batches of cupcakes to sell.
