Smith’s has achieved phenomenal success with their ‘Do Us A Flavour’ competition, attracting nearly a quarter of a million entries, and capturing the imagination of the nation.
The competition, in its final three days, revolves around the search for Smith’s next great potato chip flavour. Heralded as an enormously successful marketing strategy, Australians have scrambled to come up with a new chip flavour, in the hope of scoring themselves $30,000 cash plus 1 percent of sales of the flavoured chip.
The top 10 most common flavours that have been submitted include: chicken parmigiana, pizza, bacon and eggs, satay chicken, fish and chips, sweet and sour pork, chocolate, Tandoori chicken, butter chicken and meat pie.
