Web hosting company OzHosting.com have announced a return to the hosting marketing with new online collaboration services for small and medium businesses.
Partnering with Microsoft, OzHosting.com will allow business owners to take their business online faster through a range of self service online tools allowing them to access email anywhere through a Microsoft Hosted Exchange, along with a Microsoft Hosted SharePoint where they can share documents from a centralised online location.
According to OzHosting.com managing director Anthony Banek, small businesses are looking to reduce their costs by outsourcing IT functions such as email and intranet, and what they are providing is a cost-effective “fully automated platform” for businesses to do this.
“Small businesses need their websites and email to be responsive and always available. To ensure these needs are fully met, we have invested in an Australian-based customer support team and secure tier one fully redundant data centres backed by Microsoft’s Gold Partner Certification.”
Banek said that the technology allows small businesses to “be more productive and respond quicker to their customer and market demands.”
Some of the new solutions include:
- Microsoft Hosted Exchange: Businesses can turn email into a collaboration tool that can be accessed from office PCs, mobile devices or any internet connection.
- Virtual Private Server (VPS): A hosting environment that combines the benefit of both shared hosting and dedicated hosting using a virtual server technology.
- Microsoft Hosted SharePoint: Developed for an increasingly mobile workforce, that allows employees/employers to share documents, tasks, contacts and information from a central online process.
