Time is running out for small to medium businesses to nominate themselves or other businesses, for the 2009 Telstra Business Awards.
With only two and a half weeks to go until the extended entry deadline of Friday 24 April, Telstra Business Group managing director and Telstra Business Awards ambassador, Deena Shiff is encouraging small businesses to enter the awards.
“Whether you are a small to medium sized business owner, employee, customer, friend or family member – this is your chance to nominate and support Australian business.”
Award winners will share in up to $400,000 in cash and prizes with the chance to win an award in the categories of: businessowner Micro-Business Award, MYOB Small Business Award, Panasonic Australia Medium Business Award, along with two specialist awards, AMP Innovation Award and Sensis Social Responsibility Award.
Category Awards are offered in each state and territory with an overall state/territory winner selected for the chance to win the 2009 Telstra Australian Business of the Year, announced at the national final in Sydney in August.
