Brisbane-based firm The Mardent Group are set to hold a business buyers workshop to help potential buyers with little business experience buy with confidence.

The One Day Business Buyers Workshop “How to Buy and Finance a Business” will cover how to value a business using different techniques, how to negotiate, the right corporate structures for the best tax advantages and asset protection, how to determine if you are in business with the right people, how to structure the purchase to your best advantage and how to finance the deal and get your loan approved.
The workshop will be help in Brisbane on Wednesday 30 September, Saturday 3 October, Sydney on 31 October and Melbourne on 28 November.
