LivingSocial has unveiled Australia’s first family-dedicated group buying site, designed to deliver parents fun and imaginative ways to get the kids out of the house.
LivingSocial Families offers the same discounts found on LivingSocial’s daily deals site, but with a focus on activities best suited for families, such as dance classes, martial arts instruction, zoos, day trips, pet care and art classes.

In its launch week, LivingSocial Families will be offering 51 percent off cooking and craft classes for the kids in Melbourne, 64 percent off doggy day care in Sydney, 75 percent off a family fun day out on the Gold Coast, 68 percent off kids acting classes in Adelaide, 55 percent off kids art and music classes in Brisbane and 50 percent off a day out ice skating for the whole family in Perth.
