The Council of Small Business of Australia (COSBOA) has released a new survey on small business access to finance today and it seeking your input.
COSBOA CEO Jaye Radisich said that it was critical to have the latest information to inform submissions to the Senate’s Inquiry into Access of Small Business to Finance.
“Banking and finance issues have been the number one concern for small businesses at least since the global financial crisis hit in 2008,” Jaye Radisich said.
“Our recent Back to Business Telstra Business/COSBOA research revealed that banking and finance issues still rank highest among business concerns in 2010.
“We want to ensure that our submission to the Senate Inquiry is supported by the most up to date information from small businesses around the country.
“This is a really quick online survey that will give us the evidence we need to support our case that more needs to be done to help improve small business access to finance.
“We want to learn more about the challenges small businesses have faced getting finance in the last year, and what they think should be done to improve the system.”
The survey can be accessed via the COSBOA website: www.cosboa.org.au, and will be live for one week.
