Despite qualifications and experience, almost 70 per cent of women still believe that the right makeup can make or break a job interview, a new poll from The Heat Group has found.

Jane Hunt launched Fitted for Work in 2005, after seeing the need for a more personal approach to assisting disadvantaged women to return to the workforce. Her efforts won her a Telstra Business Women’s Award last year, and she’s sharing with Dynamic Business how the accolade has changed the way she does business.
