Eloqua this week announced the appointment of Australian-based cloud computing company Sqware Peg as its exclusive master distributor in Australia and New Zealand.
The appointment made by Eloqua, a provider of marketing automation solutions, will enable Sqware Peg to build out a network of partners, including other CRM consulting companies and marketing agencies, by offering the opportunity for monthly recurring revenue. The network of partners will build on Sqware Peg’s past two years as an Eloqua reseller, during which time the company has secured deployments among organisations specifying cloud-based customer relationship management or looking for advanced marketing capabilities.
The appointment reflects the ability of Sqware Peg to successfully accumulate and retain a large customer base, according to Managing Director of Sqware Peg Shawn Stilwell.
“We have been able to successfully penetrate the ANZ market for Eloqua and are retaining clients with a very high level of satisfaction. At the same time, the marketing automation market is rapidly expanding and we are now looking forward to building out a network of referral partners to help us satisfy the demand for Eloqua branded solutions. This will enable Sqware Peg to build new revenue streams while strengthening and deepening our own relationship with current enterprise customers,” said Mr Stilwell.
Sqware Peg will provide training and enablement services to execute campaigns as well as offer ongoing recurring revenue license incentives to those companies joining its network.
Eloqua’s decision to position Square Peg as its master distributor in this area is part of a larger goal, says Senior Vice President of Business Development, Eloqua Rob Brewster.
