Allison Ward

Allison Ward is a sustainable materials engineer in Dell's Experience Design Group. With a background in material science and supply chain development, she specialises in strategic circular material and design programs to support Dell's sustainability goals. Since joining Dell in 2018, she has worked on numerous sustainability initiatives within the packaging engineering, environmental affairs, and experience design teams. Allison is also a North America program lead for the sustainability-focused employee resource group at Dell. In 2022 she was recognised as a GreenBiz 30 Under 30 recipient for her work in the sustainability field.
