Women put best foot forward with Xpresso Delight

While most franchise companies find it difficult to attract female franchisees, for Xpresso Delight co-founders Stephen Spitz and Paul Crabtree, it is a piece of cake.

Women comprise 39 percent of Xpresso Delight franchises; a feat considering the industry average is a mere 27.9 percent.

According to Spitz, the business allows for women to work and have a family.

“Xpress Delight places fully automated, commercial grade, gourmet espresso coffee machines into workplaces free of charge so the business model allows a lot of time for flexibility. The machines are sitting there making money while franchisees can also be looking after their family.”

Crabtree believes the business is ideal for first-time business owners or mothers returning to the workforce.

“Women who have been out of the workforce for a while are not hindered in being able to run this business because it doesn’t require any particular expertise or skill set.”

Xpresso Delight is serving as a great investment for franchisees, according to Crabtree.

“We offer a money back guarantee which promises franchisees will make a minimum 40 percent revenue return on capital investment within the first six months or their franchise fee is refunded.”
