Telstra has announced an overhaul of its small business mobile plans to give customers more flexible choices.
The new Business Mobile Plus plan combines a number of different services into the one account to give small businesses more flexible pricing plans, says Telstra Business executive director Yasmin Dugan.
“Our research and customer feedback has highlighted a growing need for integrated mobile voice, SMS, data and email plans in reflection of the changing way customers are doing business,” she said in a statement.
According to Dugan, the new business plan suits any type of small business.
“Our Business Mobile plus plans suit any small business, from the power user who works on the road, regularly calls back to the office and needs regular access to the mobile web and email, to the minimal user who will use the mobile internet and web-based email occasionally,”she said.
Key features include free calls in Australia between services on the same account, one rate for both video and voice calls, per second charging, and the ability for users on the same account to share any unused credit across their services.
