Advance launches green advisory board
Advance, the leading network of global Australians has today launched its green advisory group with Australian Senator Penny Wong, Minister for Climate Change and Water.
The group encompasses some of Australia’s greatest brains in climate change living overseas who will be available to work in consultation with the Australian Government on the many key challenges and opportunities facing this sector.
The Advance Green Network will connect Australians based overseas, and in Australia, in the fields of water, energy, sustainable technologies, biodiversity and climate change. Its objectives are to foster peer group activity in support of Australia’s contribution to dealing with environmental challenges on a global scale.
