One New Zealand (One NZ) and Google Cloud have entered into a five-year strategic partnership to advance cloud transformation and expedite digitalization efforts across New Zealand’s small and midsize businesses (SMBs), enterprises, and public sectors.
This collaboration will involve the joint modernization of One NZ’s infrastructure and the introduction of tailored software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to provide Kiwi businesses with seamless access to cloud-based tools, facilitating swift and secure digitization.

Empowering Kiwi Businesses through Digital Transformation Google Cloud will work closely with One NZ to deliver digital solutions, encompassing data analytics technologies, AI tools, Google Workspace, and security solutions, to One NZ’s SMB, enterprise, and public sector clients.
One NZ will also offer tailored software-as-a-service solutions via its cloud marketplace, enabling complete digitalization for SMBs at all stages of their development. This will enable companies to scale their operations, accelerate innovation, and enhance customer experiences.
Establishing a Cloud-First Foundation The partnership with Google Cloud aligns with One NZ’s broader business and technology transformation strategy, paving the way for the organization to become a cloud-first entity.
One NZ will harness Google Cloud’s infrastructure to simplify its IT environment on a scalable and resilient platform, with the aim of streamlining core operations, improving customer experiences, and optimizing costs. Leveraging Google Cloud’s security solutions and Mandiant Consulting services, One NZ will bolster its end-to-end operations through advanced threat protection and enhanced customer data security.
