NLA offers SMEs a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from an Olympian

Imagine the impact an Olympian could have on your team’s motivation and performance. NLA’s ‘Win a Chat with a Champion’ competition offers just that.

Novated Lease Australia (NLA), a leading provider of novated leasing services throughout the country, is giving one lucky business the chance to learn from an Olympian or Paralympian with its ‘Win a Chat with a Champion’ competition.

The winner will welcome one of the nation’s most celebrated athletes – such as gold medalists Kyle Chalmers, Sally Pearson, or Brenden Hall– to their workplace for a conversation about dedication, perseverance, and peak performance.

To enter, businesses must explain in 25 words or fewer why they would benefit from having an Olympian speak to their staff, with the winner being selected based on the creativity and insight of their response.

“We’re looking for businesses to really get creative and dig deep when thinking about how they can learn from these Olympians and Paralympians,” said Bevan Guest, CEO of Novated Lease Australia.

“The more thoughtful and imaginative the response, the more it will stand out – and that’s what this competition is all about: inspiring teams to find their drive and excel, just like our champions.”

The competition is part of NLA’s Olympian campaign, which aims to show working Australians how they can affordably drive the car of their dreams with novated leasing. Novated Lease Australia has assisted thousands of customers in saving money by bundling essential vehicle costs such as fuel, insurance, and services into their pre-tax salary.

“Novated leasing is a smarter and more accessible way for Australians to drive their dream car and save money in the process by bundling all related costs into their pre-tax salary,” said Bevan Guest, CEO of Novated Lease Australia.

NLA has also played a pivotal role in helping Australians transition from petrol and diesel vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs), making the most of Federal Government EV incentives without the need for a hefty upfront payment.

The competition is open to all Australian businesses, including employees, directors, and officers, provided they are over 18 years old.

Entries are now open and must be submitted via the online form by 30th September 2024, with the winner to be announced on 7th October 2024.
