New software helps SMEs connect with customers

Sage Software today announced the availability of new software which will allow small businesses to better connect with their customers.

The software ACT! by Sage 2010 Contact and Customer Manager will help small to medium businesses organise all the details of their customer relationships in one place to improve marketing effectiveness, attract new customers, and create more value from existing relationships. The software collates information from social networking profiles such as Linked In and Facebook into businesses contact records, along with drawing in information from Google Maps.

Managing director of Sage Business Solutions, Australia and New Zealand, Mike Lorge said the software will enable businesses to develop more meaningful and profitlable relationships with their customers.
