MYOB has announced a new customer relationship management (CRM) system for small and medium businesses to help them generate leads, improve sales and work more closely with existing clients.
The MYOB ClientConnect has been developed with small business in mind to help them effectively manage their sales.
Commenting on the system, MYOB CEO Tim Reed said: “The key driver of a business’s health is how effectively sales and service opportunities can be turned into orders.  That’s why we’re introducing MYOB ClientConnect. It helps a business owner systemise their sales, service and customer relationship management.
According to MYOB research, business owners identified a number of problem areas in managing sales and service opportunities. They include managing direct marketing activities, capturing and following up new sales leads, and being able to analyse client information for better communication, as a key to retaining clients.
Reed said the ClientConnect helps business owners alleviate such problems and allows them to turn opportunities in to orders.
