Become a Virtual Delegate at the National Small Business Summit

For the first time in its history, the NAB National Small Business Summit is introducing the Virtual Delegate – a system to allow SMBs from around the country to participate in the event.

Due to be held in Sydney at the end of the month, the NAb Small Business Summit’s Virtual Delegate program will allow small businesses around Australia to listen to what policies are being made on their behalf for the future of the sector.

Virtual Delegates will be able to stay in their offices and watch the summit in real time. They can listen to the Small Business Ministers discussing the future of Australian Small Business as well as NAB Small and Energing Business Executive General Manager Cindy Batchelor and Minister for Small Business, Senator Nick Sherry.

One of the Virtual Delegates, Lyn Prowse-Bishop, is the creator of Executive Stress Office Support, a virtual assistant practice. She is also founder of the Australian Virtual Business Network and the Queensland Representative on the national board of Independent Contractors Australia.

Prowse-Bishop is also chairing the steering committee of the Australian Chapter of the Alliance for Virtual Businesses, so she is looking forward to the flexibility that being a Virtual Delegate offers.

“Being located in regional Queensland it’s difficult for me to travel to the summit and having this opportunity means I can be involved in what I consider to be an important event for our sector – without having to have extended time away from the office, or my family.”

To be up-to-date with the latest policies and the future of small business, become a Virtual Delegate at this year’s summit.
