ChainSafe raises US$18.75 million in series A
ChainSafe Systems has secured US$18.75 million in an oversubscribed Series A funding round. The investment was led by Round13 with participation from new investors NGC Ventures, HashKey Capital, Sfermion, Jsquare, returning investors Digital Finance Group, and Fenbushi Capital.
WORK180 has secured $1.8 million
WORK180 has secured $1.8 million to propel its next stage of commercial growth, including $300,000 of co-investment from LaunchVic’s Alice Anderson fund.
The funding will help to spur the growth of a new online platform to help employers build more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces.
eVouch banks NZ$500,000 pre-seed
eVouch, a New Zealand-based martech business, has secured NZ$500,000 (A$450,000) in a pre-Seed round. The round was supported by major NZ VC GD1, as well as Phase One, Uniservices, and others. The funds will be used to meet expanding worldwide demand and attract more developer support.
Nourish fattens up on $43 million Series A
Nourish Ingredients, a Canberra-based food tech business, has acquired US$28.6 million (A$43 million) in Series A funding to develop synthetic fats that improve the flavour of faux meats. Horizons Ventures, the private investment arm of Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka-shing, supported the inaugural US$11 million round of Nourish in 2021.

SubjectWell, an Austin, TX-based provider of an engagement platform matching patients with chronic health conditions, raised $35M in Series B funding.
Mercury Raises $7.5M in Seed Funding
Mercury, a Boston, MA-based fan experience company for student-athletes and collegiate sports programs, raised $7.5M in Seed funding.

Investmint Raises $2M in Seed funding
Investmint, a Bengaluru, India-based provider of a signal-based trading and investing platform, raised $2M in Seed funding
Awiros Raises $7m in Series A Funding
Awiros, a Gurgaon, India-based deep-tech start-up that develops an AI-based computer-vision platform primarily for video processing, raised $7M in Series A funding.
Fairmatic Raises $42m in Series A Funding
Fairmatic, a New York and Bangalore, India and Tel Aviv, Israel-based commercial auto insurtech company, raised $42M in Series A funding.
