Safe Security raises $50 million in series B round 

management SaaS platforms, Safe Security, has successfully closed a Series B funding round, raising $50 million with the help of lead investor Sorenson Capital and other participants including Eight Roads, Telstra Ventures, WTI, and previous investors. This brings their total funding to over $100 million.

NZ- based Ārepa raises $3.2m

Ārepa, the New Zealand-based brain drink brand, has successfully concluded its latest pre-Series A funding round, raising NZ$3.2 million with the support of high-profile investors. Among the new investors are NBA Star Steven Adams, Zespri CEO Dan Mathieson, and Comvita founder Alan Bougen, along with previous investors including ex-Zespri CEO Lain Jager and EFTPOS NZ founder Mark Thomson.

Eucalyptus raises $50 million 

Eucalyptus, the parent telehealth company, has raised $50 million on a $520 million valuation. The funding was backed by several existing investors, including Blackbird Ventures, W23, and BOND Capital.

Melodie raises $1 million in funding, valued at $15 million 

Music licensing platform Melodie has successfully raised $1 million at a $15 million valuation, a more than four-fold increase on the $4m valuation when the software startup previously raised $600,000 in September 2021. The raise included follow-on investments from Code Barrel founder Nick Menere, and The Drop Festival co-owner Peter Strain.

Therini Bio secures $36m in series a financing 

Therini Bio has raised $36 million in Series A funding, bringing their total funding to $62 million. The company plans to use the funds to advance their potential investigational antibody THN391 into clinical trials. New investor Eli Lilly and Company participated in the round, along with previous investors including the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation and Dolby Family Ventures.

Replit raises $97.4m in funding at $1.16b valuation 

Replit has raised $97.4 million in a Series B extension funding round, valuing the company at $1.16 billion. The funding was backed by several prominent investors including Khosla Ventures, Coatue, SV Angel, Y Combinator, Bloomberg Beta, Naval Ravikant, ARK Ventures, and Hamilton Helmer.

Veo Robotics raises $29m in funding 

Veo Robotics has raised $29 million in funding from investors such as Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund, Safar Partners, and Yamaha Motor Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its strategy of working with selected corporate partners to deploy efficient, collaborative, human-in-the-loop robotic solutions.
