Mamori.xyz, an automated blockchain value extraction system, has secured $5 million in seed funding to enhance Web3 security and optimization. The funding round was led by Blockchain Capital, with contributions from Velocity.Capital, Web3.com, and notable angel investors such as Grigore Rosu, Daniel Lubarov, Alex Watts, Bo Du, Shujia Liang, Michael Heinrich, Richard Adjei, and Antonio Viggiano.
Samsara Eco Secures $100 Million in Series A+ Funding
Samsara Eco, an enviro-tech innovator, announced it has raised AUD$100 million (USD$65 million) in its latest funding round. The round was led by Temasek and Main Sequence, with participation from Wollemi Capital, lululemon, Hitachi Ventures, Titanium Ventures, and DCVC. The funds will be used to scale Samsara Eco’s enzymatic recycling capabilities, with new commercial facilities planned for South East Asia to recycle millions of tonnes of plastic waste into monomers for new products.
Mentwell Banks $229,000 in Crowdfunding Campaign
Mentwell, a startup focused on mental health and wellness gift cards, has raised $228,950 through a crowdfunding campaign on Birchal. Supported by 117 investors, the funds will be used to expand Mentwell’s product offerings, enhance technological capabilities, and enter the US and UK markets. Founder and CEO Nikki Williams aims to revolutionize mental health care with accessible, effective, and personalized solutions.
Marketboomer Raises $4.9 Million for Global Expansion
Sydney-based B2B hospitality supplies platform Marketboomer has raised $4.9 million in a round led by Salter Brothers Tech Fund. The investment will support Marketboomer’s growth in the Australian market, expansion into South East Asia and the UK, and provide liquidity for existing investors. Salter Brothers Tech Fund, managing over $3 billion in assets, aims to accelerate Marketboomer’s global expansion with this investment.
Antler Invests $1.575 Million in Pre-Seed Funding for Seven Startups
Antler Australia has announced seven new pre-Seed investments, totaling $1.575 million, as part of its Portfolio Spotlight event. Each startup received $225,000 for a 12% stake at a $1.875 million post-money valuation. The startups include Authentified, Enrola, Braiv, Dark Patterns Lab, Communiti Labs, Pactify, and Enaxiom. Antler partner James McClure emphasized the importance of long-term support for maximizing startup success.
