In order to adequately follow a plan, you’ll need to keep track of how much time is spent on each task, and make sure that the timeline reserved for one point of schedule doesn’t creep into another one’s. Always expect more – If you fail to do so, you’ll end up underachieving, and this is the last thing you want for both your and your business’s morale. As an employer, it is expected of you to constantly encourage your subordinates to push through their limits in order to achieve more.
