South Australia’s top intrastate tourist provider, the SeaLink Travel Group has appointed Cassie Byrne in its Trade Business Development Unit as new Business Development Executive.
Cassie will be responsible for key local, interstate and New Zealand trade markets.
She brings a wealth of hands-on travel experience with Harvey World Travel in Queensland and the South Australian Travel Centre before working in Adelaide.
Paul Victory, Business Development Manager for the SeaLink Travel Group welcomed Cassie and said “SeaLink’s active promotion of South Australian destinations always attracts the best people to the job and Cassie is no exception. Her past experience will be put to good use to grow travel to and within our state.
“We have recently appointed Ms Lucy Jin as Business Development Executive based in Beijing, China and coupled with Cassie’s expertise and that of our other t wo Business Development Executives based in Adelaide, we will cultivate new visitors to the unique locations we have here.”
SeaLink’s businesses include ferry operations to Kangaroo Island and in New Zealand, coach touring, charter, wholesale holiday packaging operations to Kangaroo Island and within South Australia, the operation of three retail travel agencies in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney specialising in Australian rail holidays, SkyLink Airport Shuttle services and a ski holiday transport and packaging business to the Victorian Alps.
